      Hi there,

we recently got 2 Netgate 8300 with additional Nic´s (25G) for a Multivlan Environment.

From the beginning, the machines behaved weird after reconnecting some Nics to the Network,
after some Seconds, the WebUI shows the following: Bildschirmfoto 2026-01-12 um 13.15.31.png

      Manually rebooting fixes it immediately.

      In the Logs, we see:
      Bildschirmfoto 2026-01-12 um 13.36.51.png

      Cables are 10G/25G Gtek.

The firmware is up2date since yesterday (25.11), but same behaviour before.

      Any advice?

      best regards,

      Andy

Are you sure those interface links aren’t constantly flapping and therefore generating a large number of events, which could be causing the PHP issues?

          Hi,

thx for reply. I am very sure they are not flapping constantly.

This even happened, when the boxes where prepared for setup, and cables where just running between them, without any Switch involved.

          best regards,

          Andy

Hmm 50X error like that is almost always some PHP issue. Like PHP has stopped or all available PHP threads are used.

There should be something logged when it starts happening though. Something beyond those logs which also just show the PHP is nor responding as expected.
